The Newag Impuls EN63A-019 EMU, factory number 36WEa-019, is a train manufactured in March 2015 for the Podkarpackie Voivodeship Marshal's Office. The train is a 3-car train. The train operator is Przewozy Regionalne, PolRegio. The train is painted in the colors of the Podkarpackie Railways: white, blue and green. The seats are upholstered with navy blue fabric. The P4 level repair was performed in December 2021 by ASO Mieczkowski Inowrocław. The train has one pair of entrance doors in each carriage.
The vehicle has three wagons. The train has 156 seats and a maximum capacity of 275 passengers. The vehicles are equipped with closed toilets, with access for disabled people. There is space on the train for 10 bicycles and two wheelchairs. The vehicle is equipped with an electronic passenger information system (LCD monitors, LED boards), a sound system and a passenger counting system.
