Electric and diesel locomotives Pesa Gama.

Pesa Gama is a family of electric and diesel locomotives built since 2012 by the Pesa Bydgoszcz plant in Poland. The locomotives are built as diesel, electric and electric-diesel. By 2022, a total of over 50 locomotives were built in 3 versions: diesel, electric and hybrid, i.e. powered from the electricity network or driving on a generator. The locomotives are operated, among others, by PKP InterCity, Koleje Mazowieckie, and Pol-Miedź Trans.

The locomotive is in operation from September 30, 2020. The user is the Captrain Polska company. In mid-December 2021, the locomotive ran the first intermodal train. The journey took place on the route Frankfurt - Brzeg Dolny.
