The type 203V wagon, letter designation Flls, is a self-unloading wagon, popularly called "Szutrówka". The wagon is two-axle with a "hopper" unloading system. The wagon is designed to transport aggregate, limestone, mining and metallurgical waste, etc. The wagon is also used during renovations and modernization of railway infrastructure. The wagon has two axles. Unloading takes place through openings in the lower part of the box, closed hatches that are manually activated. Gravity loading and unloading method.

The design of the type 203V wagon, letter designation Flls, was developed in 1971 by ZNTK Wrocław to replace older wagons of similar types, but with lower operational parameters. Wagons of this type were produced in the period 1971-1978. The wagons were painted brown (brick red).
