TS-11 bis A. 1H 02-02. 1964. On May 20, 1970, in Czażów. The plane was piloted by Capt. Stanisław Cisiński and Senior Cpl. cadet Zenon Zimkiewicz. Icing of the air intakes resulted in a reduction in the amount of air supplied. Fuel combustion occurred behind the reaction pipe, which the crew perceived as a fire that did not exist. The pilots ejected successfully.

In the 1980s, mass production continued with interruptions. Production finally ended in 1988.

TS-11 nb 5 Biało-Czerwone Iskry Team On November 11, 1998, just before the Independence Day parade, the plane took off to reconnoiter the weather. In difficult weather conditions, the plane collided with the ground. Killed: Captain Mariusz Oliwa and the pilot of the 1st PLM, Captain Tomasz Pajórek. After this disaster, the band stopped its activities, as it turned out, only for a short time.

TS-11 Iskra Jet / TS-11 Spark. May 2006. Aircraft withdrawn from military aviation, stripped of armament and sold by the Military Property Agency to civilian users, usually to the USA and Australia.

in 2022, one plane was repainted in the colors of the Indian Aviation, received nb W1741-41 and went to the Aviation Museum in Krakow.
