Kraków Batowice is currently (2022) a junction station on railway lines No. 8 and No. 95. The station has the geographical coordinates of 50 ° 06′27.11 ″ N 19 ° 59′43.81 ″ E (50.106N, 19.994E). Kraków Batowice is the first station after leaving the Kraków Główny station towards Warsaw, Radom and Kielce. The station handles freight trains and passenger connections in local traffic, although long-distance and express trains pass through the station, for example Premium InterCity Pendolino to Warsaw and Gdynia. In local traffic, KMŁ (Koleje Małopolskie) and PR (PolRegio) trains stop at the station. In 2018, the station served up to 200 passengers per day.
