Of these wagons, only the box and the trolleys remained. The skeleton of the car is identical to the 111A structure. The layout of the interior is also the same as in the 111A cars. At the ends of the car there are entrance doors on both sides of the side, and in the fronts there are sliding doors for passing to the next car. A single-leaf sliding door opened and closed automatically with a button was used. All doors can be closed remotely. In the door there is one non-opening window and a monochrome screen with railway information - type of train and route. Similar screens are inside the car.

There are two closed toilets at the ends of the car. The corridor was placed along one of the sides. Completely new double-glazed windows and small openable windows were installed in the car. The wagon is soundproofed and thermally insulated. The car is equipped with air-conditioning and heating. Heating and air conditioning are controlled by a panel located above the compartment door.

There are 10 compartments in the car. There are 6 comfortable soft armchairs in each car. The seats are upholstered in blue fabric. Each passenger has at his disposal small LED lamps. There are also 230 V electrical sockets in the compartment.

The car body is supported on two 4ANc two-axle bogies. The block type brakes are pneumatically actuated. The wagon can move at a speed of 160 km/h.

Initially, apart from InterCity, 141A cars were also used in Przewozy Regionalne, until the company withdrew from operating fast trains. At that time, all carriages were handed over to InterCity.
