Pruszcz Gdański is a city in the Pomeranian Province, in the Gdańsk County, located on the Radunia River. It belongs to the Gdańsk agglomeration, although it has never been mentioned in the same breath with Gdańsk, Gdynia and Sopot. The city of Pruszcz Gdański is only 5 km away from Gdańsk. The National Road No. 91 and an important railway line run through the city. The A1 motorway runs from the west. According to data from March 31, 2011, the city had 27,787 inhabitants.
