In 2010-2011, a competition for a training aircraft for the Polish Army was held in Poland. The competition ended in a fiasco, because the then Polish Government, led by Prime Minister Donald Tusk, was unable to clearly define the WTT requirements for a training aircraft. In addition, this government led to the liquidation of the Polish Aviation Industry.
