Part 2.

The Red Arrows team from Great Britain.

The Red Arrows are the UK's Royal Air Force representation team. The Red Arrows team was formed in 1965, and the first show was on May 6, 1965 at RAF Little Rissinton in the Cotswolds. Initially, they were flown on Folland Gnat planes, of which there were 7 copies. During the first year, the band gave 65 shows. In 1968, the number of machines was increased to 9 copies. In 1980, the team switched to BAE Hawk planes, which it has been flying until now (2021). These airplanes were equipped with smoke generators; white, blue and red. Smoke makes the show more attractive, but is also a great way to locate your teammates. Depending on the weather, and mainly the cloud base, the team chooses; full display, rolling display, flat display. In 1993, 2.5 million Americans watched the band live during a US turn. By 2020, the band has shown up in around 60 countries. He has already visited Red Arrows several times in Poland. Among others, in Radom in 2005 and 2009. The performance in Gdynia was their debut. The team performed with nine BAE Hawk planes.
