2000 - 2003.
On March 12, 1999, the Republic of Poland joined NATO structures. This accession forced organizational changes in the Polish Military Aviation. On July 15, 1999, the Ordinance of the Ministry of National Defense was published, on organizational changes in WLOP.
The 39th Squadron operated in the period 2000-2003. The Squadron used Su-22 planes.
