The disaster occurred due to aggregate failure and engine stalling. The failure was created by the manufacturer, who acknowledged his guilt and provided a new aircraft as compensation.

10 Su-20 No. 74724 nb 6134. Produced in October 1975. Delivered 1976-04-13. Crashed 1995-05-31, at 10:56 am, in Młynica near Strzelin. Captain pilot Grzegorz Falenta - he died.
